They have taken good care of my vehicles. when they do an inspection they have a software that has every picture of things rated by urgency, and you can see exactly what is wrong so that they can prove to you that they are not trying to scam anyone out of money. i have meet both owners and they seem like they genuinely care about everyone's happiness and are not there just for the money. i highly recommend to give them a try.

I called Tri-Action Auto Repair and asked them about performing a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle that we were interested in buying. We live out of state and Tim was very professional and helpful, letting me know that they would inspect the vehicle thoroughly and promptly provide an inspection report as well as pictures of the vehicle for me to consider. Scheduling the service was very easy and I was sent the report via email the same day the service was performed. The report included urgent needs as well as non-urgent needs and an approximate cost to fix. Tim called me to go over the findings and answer all my questions. We felt confident purchasing the vehicle sight-unseen after having Tim and his crew look it over - not because we expected the vehicle to be in perfect condition, but because we felt we now knew the vehicle's condition even better than if we had flown out to Michigan and test-drove it ourselves. If I lived near to this repair shop, it would definitely be my "go-to!"

I have been going to TriAction for many years, as well as my husband. Tim and Pete are wonderful, professionals and very trustworthy. Compared to the dealership, which is typically loaded with constant upwelling, you don't get that here!

I went here a couple months ago for transmission problems. They diagnosed the issue and gave me frank and honest options. They fixed the electrical issues on the transmission and it's been running great ever since. I would recommend them.
