The service on my 2024 Equinox was excellent, and the price was reasonable. They got the work done quickly. I liked being able to wait while it was done. I prefer this to some other auto shops, because the TV is not being played obnoxiously loud. I was able to concentrate on my work while waiting.

When I retired in 2021 and turned in my company car my plan was to purchase a new vehicle. But the COVID chip shortage made for long delivery times and I decided to drive our old (2001) van for a while. Tri-Action has been very helpful in working with me to get the maintenance caught up on it, repair a few items that were worn, and keep it running well. They've all been great about taking good care of it and respectful of its advanced age and excellent condition. On this last visit they caught a couple items I'd overlooked (fuel filter, accessory drive belt and tensioner) that were probably still original equipment, and gave me an estimate on some additional items that are in the near future.

Thanks Bill for the 5 stars and trusting us with OLD RED this many years. Apologize for our oversight. We will definitely credit $50.00 on your next visit. If you do want to come by beforehand we can do that also. Sincerely Tim Klein-Owner
