Was recommended by a friend who is also a mechanic. Went there for an Air Conditioning issue, that was repaired without great expense.

I was visiting family out of state when we started to have issues with our explorer. They were able to get us in before the holiday weekend and fix the issue same day. They provided a quick repair and able to get us back on schedule so we did not have to spend extra days with the state waiting for repairs. Friendly staff and cautious. Kept updates during the whole process.

Car was overheating and Tri Action took a look. Had the problem diagnosed and car fixed in 24 hours and the price was very reasonable. Tim was friendly and offered to do an inspection of the entire vehicle for $100 which was great since the car is almost 10 years old. The inspection was well worth the money spent and now I have piece of mind knowing what’s in great shape and what needs attention. Thanks again for the great service. I’ll definitely be back.

They have taken good care of my vehicles. when they do an inspection they have a software that has every picture of things rated by urgency, and you can see exactly what is wrong so that they can prove to you that they are not trying to scam anyone out of money. i have meet both owners and they seem like they genuinely care about everyone's happiness and are not there just for the money. i highly recommend to give them a try.

I called Tri-Action Auto Repair and asked them about performing a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle that we were interested in buying. We live out of state and Tim was very professional and helpful, letting me know that they would inspect the vehicle thoroughly and promptly provide an inspection report as well as pictures of the vehicle for me to consider. Scheduling the service was very easy and I was sent the report via email the same day the service was performed. The report included urgent needs as well as non-urgent needs and an approximate cost to fix. Tim called me to go over the findings and answer all my questions. We felt confident purchasing the vehicle sight-unseen after having Tim and his crew look it over - not because we expected the vehicle to be in perfect condition, but because we felt we now knew the vehicle's condition even better than if we had flown out to Michigan and test-drove it ourselves. If I lived near to this repair shop, it would definitely be my "go-to!"
