We have a Braun wheelchair ramped van. Because of the floor being 11" lower than most minivans we have to go to a shop that has the ability to work on our van. I called ahead to make sure they would be able to do maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations as well as less often needed work such as brake replacement and fuel system problem. They assured me they had worked on similar vehicles. We were able to get an appointment quickly and easily. They did the work we asked of them, and also checked out a few areas we had concerns with. They called us with estimates on work, we gave them the go ahead, and they had our van ready for us same day. They also came in slightly under the estimated price (nice little bonus for us). Overall we were very happy with customer service and work done. I will definitely be recommending them to others, and we plan to take our other vehicles there for service.
