I was indeed VERY pleased with my 1st experience at Tri-Action Auto. I experienced both a tire and brake problem at the same time. On supershort notice? At 5pm w/o an appt., the gentlemen got my tire fixed up properly, as well as repairing my brakes to be safe on the road. Everything is good now, and I plan on visiting Tri-Action auto for all of my future car repair needs. I was really impressed because they went above and beyond at the end of a long day to fix everything properly in a cost-effective and courteous manner. Thank you guys!!! :")

Laura said she had a really good experience. She usually goes to her dealership for service but she started calling around for quotes and they saved her $150. Tim was really nice, friendly, and honest. He deserves a raise. She said that she doesn't feel they would take advantage of her lack of knowledge of vehicles. It was nice to see Tim interact with customers.
